Prescriptions

 PLEASE ALLOW TWO FULL WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTION REQUEST TO BE SENT TO THE PHARMACY (SEE QUICK GUIDE BELOW).

We process all of our prescriptions electronically (EPS). You can read more about this on our leaflet here, or  on the NHS website

 

 

There are several ways to order a prescription:

  • Via the form at the bottom of this page
  • Via the NHS App or other software such as SystmOnline
  • Via a paper request form that can be posted or placed in the letter box in the surgery foyer

We do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone, unless you are clinically housebound.

If you are asking for a change to your repeat prescriptions or asking for non-agreed medication please allow FIVE WORKING DAYS before collection.
