SystmConnect our online GP consultation system

Once you have submitted your request, it will be reviewed by the practice (during surgery opening times).

  • For new or existing health problems, you do not need to contact the surgery unless your symptoms change or worsen.  Please note you may be signposted to alternative services, receive a message from reception, or be offered an appointment.
  • For medication requests, please allow the usual 48-hour processing times.  We will only contact you if there is an issue.  Otherwise, your prescription will be sent to your nominated pharmacy.
  • For sick/fit notes, you will be contacted once your fit note has been actioned.  Fit note requests can be back-dated, but not future-dated, even over a weekend/bank holiday.
