May Bank Holiday Opening Hours

With two bank holidays approaching this May, we want to remind our patients that the surgery will be closed on the following bank holidays:

• Monday 4th May (Early May Bank Holiday)
• Monday 25th May (Spring Bank Holiday)

We will reopen as normal on the Tuesday following each holiday.

To ensure you do not run out of important medication over the long weekends, please submit your repeat prescription requests in plenty of time.

The fastest and most efficient way to order is online using:

• NHS App services
• Your SystmOnline account or
• The form at the bottom of this page

Other ways to order: If you cannot use our online services, you can drop a paper request form into the secure letterbox in the surgery foyer or send it to us by post.

Please call 999 in the event of a medical emergency, or 111 if you need medical advice or help while we are closed.
