Your SystmOnline Patient Access Account allows you to:
* Book GP consultations and routine blood test appointments
* Cancel booked appointments
* View and order your medications
* Access your medical record
* View and download test results
* Exchange messages with your GP practice
* View and download letters to and from your GP
* View and change your contact details
* Change the local pharmacy through which you receive prescriptions.

SystmConnect has replaced E-Consult.
Once you have submitted your request, it will be reviewed by the practice (during surgery opening times).
- For new or existing health problems, you do not need to contact the surgery unless your symptoms change or worsen. Please note you may be signposted to alternative services, receive a message from reception, or be offered an appointment.
- For medication requests, please allow the usual 48-hour processing times. We will only contact you if there is an issue. Otherwise, your prescription will be sent to your nominated pharmacy.
- For sick/fit notes, you will be contacted once your fit note has been actioned. Fit note requests can be back-dated, but not future-dated, even over a weekend/bank holiday.

Local Digital Champions are friendly and patient volunteers who are good at explaining computers, without using jargon. We have an enthusiasm for all things digital and look forward to the chance to show you how it works. If you bring along your device and questions, they will help.If you don’t already have a mobile device or computer, they can offer advice on how easy it can be to join the digital community. Your local Digital Champions offers FREE Digital Learning sessions by appointment at Ferndown Library on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. To book a slot contact Ferndown Library, not the surgery.
