06/01/2026 I struggle with some aspects of the way the surgery works.  Making appointments is difficult although I haven?t yet used the on line system which may make life easier, I wait to see with that one.   Repeat prescriptions can be a real nightmare.

Bloods that needed to be checked, information was incomplete on system.

BP was unable to be tested as apparently it wasn’t booked??. and she was running late so unable to take it.

16/04/2025 My appointment was for 1.40pm I was not seen until 2pm. Ten mins delay is reasonable but 20 minis. If I was that late attending an appointment I wouldn?t be seen.

17/04/2025 I arrived for a blood appointment to check my iron as you had called me to arrange and the staff had no information about it other than that they knew it was arranged by you. I waited 15 minutes later than arranged and then had to just go home again.

23/04/2025 Can?t fault it, so nothing to change. Practice Nurse Sam very welcoming and explained everything to me. Emailed the doctor straight away with my ECG once completed and got instant results back, which really relieved my anxiety. Always brilliant!
